Accountant X2

A local company in the fuel sector is looking for two organized Accountants to manage the financial bookkeeping of their business.

The Accountants will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

To succeed in this role, you should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, and payments.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including tax laws and reporting requirements.

  • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure that financial transactions are accurate and secure.

  • Prepare and file tax returns and other financial reports.

  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes for the company.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and management, to provide financial insights and guidance.

  • Prepare and provide regular reports on the financial performance of the company.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

  • Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
