Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Strategic Synergy is a leading recruitment agency based in Zimbabwe, specializing in providing staffing solutions to businesses across various sectors.

We are currently seeking a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team and support our recruitment operations. The Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment team in sourcing and selecting suitable candidates for our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with clients and candidates, advertising vacancies, and conducting interviews to identify suitable candidates for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Generate business within the allocated area of responsibility.

  • Meet with businesses face to face to understand their recruitment needs and build excellent relationships for the future.

  • Advertise new vacancies and implement new candidate attraction strategies.

  • Connect with and interview candidates to understand their needs and suitability for various roles.

  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing and selecting suitable candidates for our clients.

  • Build relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer service.

  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Business, Social Science, Marketing, or other relevant field.

  • Eagerness and confidence to pick up the phone and build connections.

  • B2B sales experience is ideal.

  • Highly results-driven, ambitious, assertive, and resilient.

  • Excellent communication skills.
