Sales Executive

Our company is a leading provider of digital, printing, and publishing solutions, serving a wide range of clients across various industries. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality products and services.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing, at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, a clean Class 4 Driver's license, and excellent communication skills.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's customer base.

  • Achieving sales targets and meeting revenue goals.

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote the company's products and services.

  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

  • Providing timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.

  • Attending industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the digital, printing, or publishing industry.

  • A clean Class 4 Driver's license.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
