Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry, as well as excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding their vehicles

  • Schedule appointments and manage the flow of work in the service department

  • To be the first point of contact between the Customer and the Service Department and to provide services to the Customer to ensure that their service experience exceeds their expectations.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services

  • Prepare and present accurate estimates for services and repairs

  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional work that may be required

  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure that work is completed on time and to customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation regarding customer interactions and service history

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in automotive technology and service best practices

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the satisfaction of every customer


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role

  • A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry

  • Proficiency with industry-specific software

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
