Branch Manager - Shurugwi

Teecherz Home & Office is looking for a results-driven Branch Manager to join our team in Shurugwi. Reporting to the Retail Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the branch to achieve profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase branch profitability.

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.

  • Recruiting, training, and managing staff to ensure that they are motivated and productive.

  • Ensuring that the branch is well-stocked with inventory and that inventory levels are managed effectively.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the products and services offered by the branch.

  • Ensuring that the branch is in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

  • Reporting on branch performance to the Retail Manager and other stakeholders.

  • Responsible for the safety of cash, ensuring that receipting and banking of cash is done timeously.

  • Responsible for adequate stocking and safe warehousing of stock.

  • Responsible for credit approval and collections.

  • Participating in the development of marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and profitability.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least a degree in Marketing Management or equivalent.

  • Must have +3 years experience in a managerial position.

  • Knowledge of Pastel Accounting an advantage.

  • Clean class 4 driver’s license.
