Revenue Operations Analyst

ZINARA is looking for a highly motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to join the company's dynamic team. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in assessing the performance of Revenue Operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance processes and systems.

Reporting to the Tolling/Licensing Manager, you will conduct thorough research and analysis to solve complex business problems and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of these solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Analyze daily collections per revenue line and proactively identify and address any anomalies.

  • Conduct variance analysis by comparing collections per tollgate/office/shift to system figures.

  • Prepare comprehensive revenue reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Verify and monitor the receipting and banking of Transit, Vehicle Licensing deposits, and toll fees.

  • Monitor system revenue performance reports and promptly investigate and report any variances.

  • Compile revenue exception reports and perform detailed variance analysis.

  • Analyze revenue trends over time to identify patterns and provide valuable insights.

  • Actively participate in product development initiatives and effectively communicate new developments to stakeholders, highlighting their impact on operations.

  • Monitor revenue performance against targets and implement strategies to ensure objectives are met.

  • Consolidate revenue budgets for revenue-generating centers and provide clear explanations for exceptional variances.

  • Monitor costs per revenue line and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

  • Periodically evaluate staff performance in revenue collections and foster a strong culture of implementation and high performance within the team.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 O' Level subjects, including Mathematics, Accounts, and English.

  • 2 A Level Passes or equivalent.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or Statistics.

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years working within tolling licensing, finance, revenue assurance, or data analytics departments.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer literacy.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to generate meaningful reports.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior.
