Zinara is offering exciting opportunities for Graduate Trainees in various fields. The successful candidates will undergo an intensive 2-year program designed to provide exposure to all facets of their related field in a high-paced environment.
This program aims to develop the skills and knowledge of the trainees, preparing them for future roles within Zinara.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisors and management in various tasks and work assignments.
- Learn and understand the organization's policies, procedures, and systems.
- Gain practical experience in the specific field through hands-on work.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to team projects.
- Conduct research and analysis related to the assigned field.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Support the identification and implementation of process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of work activities.
- Follow instructions and guidance provided by mentors and senior staff.
- Observe and adhere to ethical standards and professional conduct.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills relevant to the field.
- Adapt to changing work demands and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Five O'Level subjects, including English and Mathematics.
- Two A'Level passes or equivalent.
- A 2.1 Degree Class in the related field.
- At least one year of experience in the related field.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
