Zinara is offering exciting opportunities for Graduate Trainees in various fields. The successful candidates will undergo an intensive 2-year program designed to provide exposure to all facets of their related field in a high-paced environment.

This program aims to develop the skills and knowledge of the trainees, preparing them for future roles within Zinara.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervisors and management in various tasks and work assignments.

  • Learn and understand the organization's policies, procedures, and systems.

  • Gain practical experience in the specific field through hands-on work.

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to team projects.

  • Conduct research and analysis related to the assigned field.

  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of projects and initiatives.

  • Support the identification and implementation of process improvements.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of work activities.

  • Follow instructions and guidance provided by mentors and senior staff.

  • Observe and adhere to ethical standards and professional conduct.

  • Continuously update knowledge and skills relevant to the field.

  • Adapt to changing work demands and contribute to a positive work environment.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Five O'Level subjects, including English and Mathematics.

  • Two A'Level passes or equivalent.

  • A 2.1 Degree Class in the related field.

  • At least one year of experience in the related field.

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
