Safety Driver Training is looking for a diligent and organized Branch Administrator to join our dynamic team in Gweru. As a Branch Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Safety Driver Training team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Safety Driver Training team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships by ensuring accurate record-keeping and addressing inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Contribute to marketing and sales activities, implementing strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure the smooth delivery of driver training services.

  • Maintain accurate records of all branch activities, including training records, financial transactions, and client interactions.

  • Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance branch efficiency and productivity.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide relevant information and guidance to clients and team members.

  • Uphold company values and promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellence.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in business administration, administrative management, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Experience with marketing and sales activities is a plus.
