Safety Driver Training is looking for a diligent and organized Branch Administrator to join our dynamic team in Gweru. As a Branch Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Safety Driver Training team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Safety Driver Training team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships by ensuring accurate record-keeping and addressing inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to marketing and sales activities, implementing strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure the smooth delivery of driver training services.
- Maintain accurate records of all branch activities, including training records, financial transactions, and client interactions.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance branch efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide relevant information and guidance to clients and team members.
- Uphold company values and promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellence.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in business administration, administrative management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with marketing and sales activities is a plus.
