National Foods is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Managing Executive (Flour) to join our team. As the Managing Executive (Flour), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our flour business.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement the overall business strategy for the flour division, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the flour division, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across all functions.

  • Oversee the production, quality control, and distribution of flour products, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers.

  • Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing effective marketing and sales strategies.

  • Manage the financial performance of the flour division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and best practices to drive operational efficiency and innovation.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies within the flour division.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive synergies and maximize overall business performance.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

  • At least 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in the food industry, preferably with a focus on flour production and management.

  • Proven track record of success in senior managerial roles, demonstrating strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership skills.

  • Strong understanding of the flour industry, market dynamics, and consumer trends.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

  • Knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory requirements in the food industry.
