ATM Specialist

ZB Financial Holdings is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable ATM Specialist to join the bank's dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of ATM operations, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

As an ATM Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our ATM network and the satisfaction of our customers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of ATM operations and management.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of ATM operations, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  • Monitor and manage ATM network performance, including uptime, availability, and transaction processing

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to ATM operations and management

  • Setting up and achievement of IT ATMs infrastructure goals and performance targets

  • Leads the technical development, implementation and operations of ATMs

  • Leading IT ATM team

  • Attending to day to day technical faults on ATMs

  • Attending to ATM related queries escalated from Service Centres.

  • Installation of ATMs at sites

  • Work planning

  • Vendor and technology selection for the Bank ATMs infrastructure

  • Budget planning

  • Cost management

  • Escalate some IT ATM jobs to Service Providers

  • Supervise work done by Service providers

  • Manage SLAs

  • Collaborate with other departments, including IT and security, to ensure seamless operations and customer experience

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions related to ATM operations

  • Ensure compliance with all security and regulatory requirements related to ATM operations

  • Prepare and deliver reports related to ATM operations as needed

  • Participate in audits and financial reviews related to ATM operations

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to ATM operations and management


Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

  • 5+ years of experience in ATM operations or a related field

  • Strong understanding of ATM operations and management, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting is a huge plus

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
