We are seeking journalists from various parts of Africa to research and report on business and economic news in Africa. The Journalists will be responsible for writing articles and producing multimedia content that informs and engages our readers.

The successful candidates will have excellent writing and research skills, as well as a strong understanding of business and economic issues in Africa.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and report on business and economic news in Africa

  • Write articles and produce multimedia content that informs and engages our readers

  • Conduct interviews with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders in Africa

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Africa

  • Collaborate with other members of the editorial team to ensure that content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy

  • Use data and analytics to inform editorial decisions and improve the performance of the content

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Africa, including business leaders, policymakers, and industry associations

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other public forums


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in journalism, with a focus on business and economic news in Africa

  • Excellent writing and research skills

  • Strong understanding of business and economic issues in Africa

  • Ability to conduct interviews with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders in Africa
