Marketing Coordinator

ABC Auctions is a leading auction house that specializes in the sale of high-end art, antiques, and collectibles. We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that promote our auctions and brand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and communications, be creative and detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives that promote our auctions and brand.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as auction specialists, graphic designers, and media partners, to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Help develop and maintain the company's website, social media channels, and other digital marketing assets.

  • Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, press releases, and email newsletters.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Conduct market research and provide insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, such as preview exhibitions and client receptions.

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings and managing budgets.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in BBA Marketing or a related field.

  • Certificate in CIM is an added advantage.


Experience in:

  • Advanced Excel.

  • Market Researching.

  • Database Administration.

  • Content Planning.

  • Media buying (Facebook Commerce, Ads Manager, Google Ads, Email Marketing).

  • Familiar with Supply Chain Management.

  • Familiar with Events Coordination
