Branch Managers (various cities)

Our client is seeking reliable and results-driven Branch Managers to oversee daily operations and manage merchandise at their retail branch locations in multiple cities.

The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all daily operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff management

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase revenue and profitability

  • Manage merchandise and inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and products are displayed attractively

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

  • Ensure that the branch meets or exceeds sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

  • Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers

  • Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and sales

  • Manage the branch budget, including expenses and revenue

  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Excellent customer service abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

  • Must be willing to relocate to different cities as required
