Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office and providing essential administrative support.

The successful candidate should have a diploma in Secretarial Studies/Office Management or a degree in Business Administration/Marketing Management (recent graduate). You must have at least two years of experience working in an office environment as part of a small, close-knit team, and possess a friendly and upbeat demeanor.

Additionally, a traceable record of satisfactory client interactions and engagements, as well as technical proficiency in Excel and/or database management software, is essential. Prior experience in a clerical or customer service role within the financial services sector is an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office records.

  • Assist in coordinating and organizing meetings, conferences, and events.

  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as requested.

  • Handle incoming calls and greet visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory levels are adequate.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating databases and filing systems.

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.

  • Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.

  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Office Management or a degree in Business Administration/Marketing Management (recent graduate).

  • Minimum of two years' experience working in an office environment, preferably as part of a small, close-knit team.

  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Strong technical proficiency in Excel and/or database management software.
