Impact Hub Harare is seeking a results-driven and ethical Administrative Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects and programs, managing staff, implementing efficient operating methods, monitoring budgets, and improving information systems. Your strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and detail-oriented mindset will be crucial in driving our organization's success.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all projects and programs, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and completion.

  • Manage and lead a team of office personnel, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.

  • Develop and implement operating procedures and policies to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Disburse funds to projects and programs, ensuring proper allocation and adherence to financial guidelines.

  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial data to ensure financial sustainability.

  • Improve information systems and technology infrastructure to streamline operations and enhance data management.

  • Take charge of human resources requirements, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.

  • Maintain regular communication with senior executives, providing updates on organizational activities and progress.

  • Analyze and evaluate organizational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.

  • A Master's in Business Administration is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a non-profit organization.

  • Proven experience in managing office personnel and overseeing projects and programs.

  • Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong ethical values and a commitment to the mission and values of Impact Hub Harare.

  • No criminal records.
