Troika Design Workshop is urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee one of our construction sites in Harare. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction project, ensuring its successful execution within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.

Your expertise in construction management and proven track record in project oversight will be key to ensuring the site operates efficiently and delivers exceptional results.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of the construction project, from inception to completion.

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and building codes.

  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, monitoring expenses, and making adjustments as necessary.

  • Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and construction site personnel.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project flow.

  • Procure necessary materials, equipment, and resources for the project.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.

  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Construction industry-related degree qualification.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a construction project site.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals.

  • Solid understanding of budget management and cost control principles.

  • Proficient in using construction management software and tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
