Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist in developing and implementing business strategies and plans.

  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

  • Support project management activities, including planning, coordination, and monitoring.

  • Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and financial analyses.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation.

  • Support the implementation of quality management initiatives.

  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and preparing performance reports.

  • Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies.

  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.

  • Support the management of client relationships and customer service efforts.

  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your business management skills.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Recent graduate with limited or no work experience in business management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of business principles and practices.
