Logistics Clerk

Our client, a leading FMCG/Manufacturing company based in Mutare, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Clerk to support their logistics operations.

The Logistics Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to the logistics team. This includes coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist in coordinating the scheduling and tracking of shipments.

  • Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics-related documentation.

  • Generate and update reports on logistics activities.

  • Assist with data entry and maintaining logistics databases.

  • Provide general administrative support to the logistics team as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any logistics-related issues.

  • Follow up on outstanding shipments and address any delays or discrepancies.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5 O-level passes

  • A certificate in procurement or logistics is preferred.

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in logistics or supply chain.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
