Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Consultant (Strategy) to join our dynamic team. As a Management Consultant, you will work closely with clients to analyze their business challenges, develop strategic recommendations, and support the implementation of effective solutions. Additionally, you will leverage your strategic insights to identify and attract top talent for our clients through our recruitment services.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients to identify and analyze their strategic business challenges and opportunities.

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to gather relevant data and insights.

  • Develop strategic recommendations and action plans to address client's business needs and objectives.

  • Support clients in implementing strategic initiatives, providing guidance and expertise throughout the process.

  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess the financial impact of strategic decisions.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive alignment and consensus among stakeholders.

  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients.

  • Identify talent requirements for clients and assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates.

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit with clients' needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in strategic management and talent acquisition.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on strategy.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Strategy, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering strategic consulting engagements to clients.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.

  • Knowledge of industry frameworks and methodologies related to strategic management.

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR is highly desirable.
