Sales Executive/Director

We are currently partnering with a client in the mining industry, a leading organization committed to excellence and innovation. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive/Director to join their team. Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and maintaining strong relationships with their customers.

As the Sales Executive/Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and maximize market share.

Your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships, overseeing sales operations, and leading a high-performing sales team. While prior experience in the mining sector is not required, a passion for sales and the ability to cultivate long-lasting customer relationships are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing value-added solutions.

  • Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to achieve sales objectives.

  • Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with business goals.

  • Utilize effective B2B sales processes, negotiation techniques, and client relationship management to drive sales success.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Analyze sales data and market insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales-focused management or leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, negotiation techniques, and client relationship management.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to work proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Experience in the mining sector is not a prerequisite; however, a willingness to learn and understand the industry is desirable.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
