Triverty Global Media is a leading digital media company based in Harare. Over the years, we have helped brands connect with engaged audiences through innovative online content and advertising solutions. Our dedicated sales team plays a key role in the company's continued growth.

Triverty Global Media is seeking a driven Salesperson to generate new business and exceed sales targets. This role is responsible for managing leads, calling prospects, utilizing our CRM and ultimately helping clients succeed through strategic digital campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Managing the sales process through our CRM and sales software

  • Building and maintaining an accurate lead database

  • Meeting and surpassing daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas

  • Participating in regular sales team meetings

  • Setting personalized sales goals and strategies

  • Researching and qualifying potential new customers

  • Contacting leads via phone, email and in-person meetings

  • Providing support to existing customers and handling issues

  • Preparing customized proposals and quotes for prospects

  • Constantly improving sales methods and customer relationships


Qualifications

  • Relevant university degree in Marketing or related field

  • 1-2 years experience in B2B inside/field sales role

  • Track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with CRMs and sales management tools

  • Strong negotiation, presentation and problem-solving abilities

  • Passion for building relationships and helping clients succeed
