Human Resources Business Partner
Our client in the FMCG sector is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning HR strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives.
The successful candidate will provide strategic HR support to managers and employees, ensure compliance with HR policies and local labour legislation, and contribute to organizational effectiveness and talent management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of the business strategic plan and derive HR deliverables that support the plan's success.
- Support managers (HODs) and the HR team in all organizational effectiveness and analytical activities.
- Support the delivery of, and compliance with, HR policies, processes, and local labour legislation.
- Guide and support managers in identifying learning needs and conducting skill gap analysis.
- Undertake demographic profiling to understand talent risks within the organization.
- Support the execution of structural changes, onboarding processes, and employee exits.
- Utilize analytical data to assess individual talent's performance and potential.
- Provide support to all employees regarding performance and reward policies and practices.
- Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances in a timely and fair manner.
- Suggest new HR strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall HR function.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in an FMCG environment.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner is an advantage.
- A degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification.
- CIPD certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of local labour legislation and HR best practices.
- Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Proven experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
