Udine Products is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join the company's dynamic team. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing all accounting transactions and ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

  • Prepare accurate budget forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making processes.

  • Present financial statements in a timely manner, providing insights into the company's financial performance.

  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, resolving any discrepancies and ensuring timely payments.

  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, adhering to applicable regulations and guidelines.

  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements, analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Audit financial transactions and documents, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.

  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct regular database backups to safeguard information.

  • Comply with financial policies and regulations, staying updated on changes and implementing necessary adjustments.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Accounting or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial principles.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

  • Proven knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
