Depot Supervisor (Harare & Gweru)

With a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, Pandi Gas has established itself as a leading player in the petroleum industry. Pandi Gas is looking for a dedicated and skilled Depot Supervisor to join the company's dynamic team in Harare and Gweru.

As a Depot Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all strategic business activities at the depot level, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and health standards, and effectively managing customer and staff issues related to depot operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Lead and coordinate all depot-level strategic business activities, working towards meeting set targets and objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and health standards in all depot operations, making certain that all necessary protocols and procedures are followed.

  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing satisfactory resolutions and maintaining positive customer relationships.

  • Address staff issues and concerns, providing guidance, support, and timely resolution to ensure a productive and harmonious work environment.

  • Monitor and manage depot inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and implementing effective inventory control measures.

  • Oversee the loading, unloading, and transportation of LPG cylinders, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and proper handling procedures.

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on depot facilities, equipment, and vehicles to ensure their optimal functioning and safety.

  • Continuously review and improve depot operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Prepare accurate reports, including stock levels, operational performance, and any incidents or issues encountered, providing timely updates to the management team.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to depot operations and LPG distribution, implementing necessary adjustments and improvements.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Petroleum, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or Distribution Operations.

  • Possess a degree or diploma in a Business or Technical-related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure, meeting tight targets and deadlines.

  • Hold a Class 4 Driver's License.
