Digital Sales Representative

Croco Motors is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving digital revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Utilizing your digital marketing expertise and sales skills, you will create and implement effective marketing campaigns, manage digital platforms, and generate leads to achieve sales targets. Join us in shaping the future of automotive solutions through digital sales strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate the Digital Marketing and Design platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and promptly raising any concerns to the Head of Marketing.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing plans and campaigns for assigned brands, aligning with business needs and objectives, while setting clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Create engaging and compelling content for Digital Marketing and Design platforms to enhance the company's online presence and brand reputation.

  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination and functionality of Digital Marketing and Design activities.

  • Monitor and track Digital Marketing and Design budgets, maintaining accurate records of statistical, financial, and non-financial information in spreadsheets and databases.

  • Optimize content on the company's digital platforms, including the website, social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), and email, to improve key performance indicators such as likes, shares, and engagement.

  • Generate new leads and thoroughly qualify leads and sales opportunities through effective lead generation strategies.

  • Actively monitor digital media advertising by competitors to identify potential prospects for new business development.

  • Drive digital revenue growth by identifying clients' current and future advertising and marketing needs, delivering customized solutions, and closing sales to generate retained and incremental revenue.

  • Communicate sales plans and actions taken, providing regular reports on sales activities and performance.

  • Prospect, close, and manage new relationships through digital advertising channels.

  • Monitor the pacing and effectiveness of digital campaigns to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.

  • Analyze data to evaluate and optimize campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for enhanced results.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.

  • Professional qualification in Graphic Design is preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an agency environment, handling digital projects.

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Design Suite applications.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Content Management Systems, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office.

  • A valid driver's license is a requirement for this role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to grammar and detail.

  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
