Our client, a leading short term insurance company, is looking for a proactive and talented ICT Administrator to join their dynamic team. Join our client's team and utilize your expertise to support and enhance the efficiency of our clients' ICT infrastructure.

As an ICT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients' information and communication technology systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop systems to meet the specific needs of our clients.

  • Provide database and systems support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.

  • Support and maintain business systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

  • Automate workflows to streamline processes and improve productivity.

  • Manage projects related to ICT infrastructure upgrades and system implementations.

  • Conduct effective helpdesk management, addressing user queries and providing timely solutions.

  • Oversee hardware and network management, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.

  • Develop and implement business continuity plans, including disaster recovery strategies.

  • Manage the LAN/WAN network resources, optimizing connectivity and performance.

  • Maintain accurate ICT inventory records, ensuring availability of equipment and resources.

  • Implement and enforce systems security measures to safeguard data and sensitive information.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information, Communication, and Technology or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Proficiency in Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and report writing.

  • Knowledge of Sophos Firewalls, Windows Server, and Active Directory.

  • Familiarity with M365, Sharepoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

  • Certification in Oracle Databases, Windows Server, Business Intelligence/Reports, Networking, and Firewalls will be an added advantage.

  • Possession of a clean class 4 driver's license.
