Sales Representative (Car Rental)

Croco Motors is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative (Car Rental) to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business and expanding our customer base.

Utilizing your sales and customer service skills, you will promote our brand, engage with potential customers, and exceed sales targets. Join us in delivering exceptional car rental experiences to our valued clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Plan and organize personal selling activities to secure new business opportunities.

  • Conduct prospecting calls and customer visits to generate leads and build relationships.

  • Encourage customers to experience our brand and services to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Demonstrate the Croco Customer First Behaviors in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

  • Maximize sales opportunities for a full range of car rental services and products.

  • Maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring they are fully informed throughout the sales process.

  • Participate in planning sales and marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Uphold a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times.

  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence, ensuring prompt resolution.

  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, price, and mileage allowance.

  • Provide accurate information and upsell additional products and services to meet customer requirements.

  • Inspect rental vehicles prior to handover and document any existing damage accurately.

  • Complete rental contracts and paperwork efficiently and accurately.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Sales/Marketing qualification.

  • Strong customer responsiveness and excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results.

  • Possession of a Class 4 Driver's license.

  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Knowledge of car rental services, products, and pricing structures.

  • Proven customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
