Key Accounts Executive

The company is looking for a proactive and results-driven Key Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team. As a Key Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for selling products, maintaining customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Your role will involve presenting solutions, analyzing market needs, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Proactively sell products to new and existing customers using compelling presentations.

  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis to showcase the value proposition to potential and current customers.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain long-term strategic relationships with customers.

  • Cold call a minimum of two new customers each month to expand the customer base.

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints, ensuring maximum satisfaction by taking ownership of the entire process.

  • Maintain a consistent presence with customers to execute strategies and foster loyalty.

  • Meet or exceed budget guidelines through effective sales efforts.

  • Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments for seamless collaboration.

  • Analyze market needs and collaborate with key customer contacts to develop strategies that achieve goals and targets.

  • Keep management informed of competitors' actions and market movements.

  • Utilize creative thinking to develop and implement monthly promotions and strategies.

  • Generate management reports to provide insights into sales performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and deliver strategic reports for customers, providing information that enhances their business operations.

  • Educate customers, both new and potential, on the company's full range of products.

  • Stay up to date on product training and specifications to become a knowledgeable resource for customers.

  • Attend all training sessions related to products, services, company policies, and software.

  • Respond to reasonable instructions from your line manager in a timely manner.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12.

  • 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.

  • Driver's license and own transport.

  • Must be fully vaccinated.
