Principal Automation Engineer
Our client, a prominent player in the Information Technology sector, is seeking a Principal Automation Engineer to join their innovative team.
Our client is looking for a dynamic Principal Automation Engineer to join their team and contribute to their digital transformation strategy.
As a Principal Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance operational efficiencies and drive business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business processes in collaboration with business process owners and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
 - Translate business requirements and process designs into automation-ready process flows.
 - Collaborate with business architects and process owners to develop automated solutions.
 - Support the planning, prioritization, and implementation of automation solution testing and go-live activities.
 - Architect and develop workflow-based solutions or functionalities.
 - Interact with and influence business stakeholders and external clients.
 - Utilize database query languages to retrieve and manipulate data.
 - Apply object-oriented programming languages and scripting to develop automation solutions.
 - Conduct process re-engineering and business process analysis to optimize automation outcomes.
 - Manage projects and change involving IT and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
 - Utilize RPA software such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or WorkFusion.
 - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Stay updated with web development technologies and trends.
 - Display a willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential Education: A relevant Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent field.
 - Desired Education: Automation certification (UiPath).
 - Essential Minimum Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience with software development life cycle and RPA technologies (preferably UiPath), including process re-engineering and business process analysis.
 - Desired Experience: At least 2 years of experience in complex RPA and related automation development. At least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting/coding), SQL and relational databases, JavaScript, .Net, and application development.
