Front End Loader Operators X3 - RAM Mining Solutions

RAM Mining Solutions (RAM) is a Zimbabwean indigenously owned mining services company. RAM Mining solutions is a subsidiary of Taken Investments and its core activities are providing a total package in mining & construction industry. RAM specializes in contract mining, hiring out specialized mining and construction equipment.


We are currently seeking 3 Front End Loader Operators with great communication skills,  excellent team players who are highly safety conscious and self motivated.


With this amazing opportunity for the Front End Loader Operator’s role you will be responsible for the movement of minerals, concentrates, matte and slag. This role is also responsible for loading or clearing plant accumulations.


Duties And Responsibilities



  • Conducting Safety Talks at the beginning of ever shift

  • Responsible for checking of equipment

  • Stripping of the Front End Loader

  • Ability to operate the TLB, Front End Loader and Dumber

  • Responsible for calling out the workshop when technical problems occur

  • Responsible for stopping the operation if the working conditions are unsafe

  • Ensuring the cleaning up of the machine

  • Responsible for house-keeping in and around the smelter

  • Re-fueling of the Front End Loader

  • Ensuring communication within the workshops for weekly maintenance

  • Carrying out all necessary loader pre-checks.

  • Supporting the achievement of production performance levels

  • Ensuring Effective operation of the equipment

  • Ensuring compliance to the mine’s standards and procedures

  • Carrying out duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time


Qualifications and Experience



  • Must have at least 2 years experience operating a loader or excavator.

  • Must be qualified and competent to operate the machine.
