Financial Advisors

We are looking to hire financial advisors to join the CBZ Life Insurance team. You will spend your day talking to clients about their financial objectives and risk tolerance and then recommend an appropriate financial planning strategy. To excel in this tightly regulated role you should already have the appropriate licenses and deep knowledge of all the latest financial products on the market.

Duties And Responsibilities

Driving sales and achieving monthly sales targets
• Ensuring that all service requirements are met, facilitated, and customers are satisfied
• Retention of clients through engagement
• Cross-selling and upselling of life insurance products
• Ensuring application forms are correctly completed and submitted for capturing
• Generating leads from referrals

Qualifications And Experience


  • At least 5 '0' levels including Maths & English plus tertiary training

  • Certificate of proficiency

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience

  • Good track record of achieving sales targets

  • Result oriented, leadership skills, and customer oriented

  • High interpersonal and communication skills

  • Energy drive and initiative
