Sales and Marketing Representative

Drillmark Bearings & Engineering Supplies, an importer and distributer of ball and roller bearings and other vehicle accessories, is looking to employ a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Representative to ensure that all sales, marketing, and advertising initiatives improve company sales and brand awareness.

The incumbent will be responsible for communicating the benefits of a company's products in order to drive sales and serve as the point of contact between the company and prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

Duties And Responsibilities


  • Brings about external research and coordinate all the internal sources of information to retain the organizations’ best customers and attract new ones

  • Model demographic information and analyze the volumes of transactional data generated by customer purchases

  • Recognizes, arranges, and stretches out to new partners, and business opportunities et al

  • Identifies development opportunities; follows up on development leads and contacts; participates in the structuring and financing of projects; assures the completion of development projects.

  • Responsible for supervising implementation, advocate for the customer’s needs, and communicate with clients

  • Accomplishes the organization website goals

  • Handles ecommerce aspect of the business


Qualifications And Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business studies or a related field
