Corporate 24 is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Coffee Shop Attendant to join our team at our hospital coffee shop in Belgravia, Harare.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers and ensuring that our coffee shop runs smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers.

  • Take customer orders and process payments accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean and tidy coffee shop, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment.

  • Restock supplies and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.

  • Adhere to food safety and health standards.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress

  • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment

  • Ability to gauge customer’s preferences

  • Excellent communication skills
