Investor Relations Officer - Ref# TRZW838

A local company is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Investor Relations Officer to join its dynamic team.

The Investor Relations Officer will be responsible for managing the company's relationships with investors and communicating with them about the company's financial performance and prospects.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute investor relations strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts.

  • Communicate with investors about the company's financial performance and prospects, including preparing and presenting financial reports, earning releases, and other communications.

  • Organize and participate in investor conferences, meetings, and events.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure that investor relations strategies are aligned with the company's overall objectives.

  • Keep up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and reporting standards.

  • Manage the company's investor relations website and other investor communications channels.

  • Monitor and analyze the company's share price performance and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, communications, business administration, or a related field.

  • An MBA or a professional qualification such as CFA is an added advantage.

  • 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications with a proven record of successful stakeholder engagement and management.

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and reporting requirements.
