Marketing Manager

Access Forex is a leading financial services company that provides foreign exchange services to businesses and individuals in Zimbabwe. Access Forex is registered in Zimbabwe, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients. The successful candidate will have excellent marketing skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial services.

This position is responsible for supporting and implementing the marketing, branding, and communications strategy for all our Group Business Units by developing and executing below the line and above the line marketing campaigns.

The custodian acts as “brand guardian”, enhancing brand visibility, recognition, and trust and maintaining brand integrity and a clear brand narrative across all Group marketing initiatives, communications, and collateral. & messaging.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Access Forex's services

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences

  • Develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials to attract new clients

  • Manage the company's social media accounts and online presence

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and tactics

  • Organize events and promotions to increase brand awareness and generate leads

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget and track performance metrics

  • Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activities

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in marketing management or equivalent

  • A Master’s degree is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.

  • Proven experience designing marketing campaigns and measuring performance.

  • Willingness and ability to travel.

  • Multilingual (Preferably in several local languages)
