Marketing Officer

Our client, a leading agricultural company in Zimbabwe that specializes in the production and distribution of high-quality agricultural products, including seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides, is looking to employ a Marketing Officer who has excellent communication skills and a talent for creating and executing marketing campaigns.

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for contributing to current marketing, branding, and advertising plans, as well as developing new initiatives in alignment with the company's goals.

The perfect candidate will have a relevant qualifications and broad experience in various marketing functions, including communications, digital marketing, advertising, branding, and social media.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and advertising.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including product development and sales, to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with the company's overall objectives.

  • Assist in the development of marketing, branding, and advertising plans.

  • Create and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with external vendors, including designers and printers, to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in marketing.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, branding, or advertising.

  • A driver's license is a must.
