Sales Consultants

Dawn Property Consultancy, a leading real estate firm in Zimbabwe, is looking for talented and experienced Sales Consultants to join their dynamic team.

The Sales Consultants will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, and other means

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and identify their real estate needs

  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with information about properties

  • Negotiate sales deals and prepare contracts and other sales documents

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that sales goals are met

  • Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends and developments

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay current on industry developments


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must have own vehicle, cellphone and laptop.

  • Background in customer service roles, PR and Banking are an added advantage.
