Sales representative for medical devices

KDB Healthcare is a leading supplier of medical devices such as X-ray and Ultrasound machines, theatre equipment as well as consumable items such as gloves , syringes, pharma products etc. We are looking to recruit the best energetic Medical Sales reps in Zimbabwe,  who wish to sell premium products and are who are motivated by targets and a commission based salary.

The ideal candidate should:


  • Have experience in selling in a medical or technical field.

  • Be able to work as part of a sales team.

  • Identify and develop new markets and customers

  • Be able to demonstrate use of technology to sell.

  • Prepare regular sales reports

  • Manage certain product lines and give information on the performance and sales activities planned for such product groups.

  • Undertake business development, implementing plans to attract customers from competition and growing the customer base.

  • Be able to travel locally and (occasionally) internationally and hold a valid passport and drivers license.

  • Have an existing client list/relationships.

  • Manage and optimize stock to ensure no stockouts.

  • Identify and promote new products for existing customers and grow the range purchased by each customer.

  • Be able to consistently meet sales targets

  • Be prepared to undertake regular training from suppliers online and in person and pass relevant tests

  • Conduct regular market intelligence and communicate effectively.

  • Recommend actions to move slow moving or short dated stock.


Medical or scientific qualifications and experience are an advantage.
