Tellers

Access Forex is a leading financial services company that provides foreign exchange services to businesses and individuals in Zimbabwe. Access Forex is registered in Zimbabwe, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

We are seeking Tellers to join our team at various branches throughout Zimbabwe. The Teller will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and conducting foreign currency transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Process foreign currency transactions, including buying and selling of foreign currency and money transfers.

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

  • Count and verify cash at the beginning and end of each shift.

  • Cross-sells Access Forex products by answering inquiries.

  • Informing customers of new services and product offerings, ascertaining customer’s needs, and directing customers to the branch manager where necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and balances.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to foreign currency transactions and customer service.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the branch operates efficiently and effectively.

  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support the branch and company.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Banking or business studies or equivalent

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar environment
