Communications Manager

The company is looking for a Communications Manager to join their team and help them achieve their goals.

The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Corporate and Industry Affairs to ensure that all communications initiatives are effective, timely, and impactful.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Manage all internal and external communications, including media relations, social media, and corporate messaging.

  • Develop content for press releases, company announcements, and other communications materials.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and customers.

  • Monitor and analyze media coverage of the company and its competitors.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all communications initiatives are consistent with the company's brand and messaging.

  • Manage crisis communications and develop contingency plans as needed.

  • Develop and manage budgets for communications initiatives.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field.

  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, including broader business management experience.

  • Ability to influence and grow positive relationships with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with legislative and regulatory processes.

  • High degree of diplomatic skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure under short deadlines.
