We are seeking a qualified and experienced cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals for our students, staff, and visitors.

The cook will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare nutritious meals for students, staff, and visitors


• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen


• Order and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies


• Ensure that appropriate food safety and sanitation procedures are followed


• Adhere to the school's dietary requirements and restrictions


• Collaborate with the school administration and other staff to ensure that meals are served on time


• Ensure that students and staff with special dietary needs are catered for


• Maintain accurate records of meals served, inventory, and expenses


• Train and supervise kitchen assistants

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate or diploma in culinary arts or food service management


• 2+ years of experience as a cook


• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures


• Knowledge of special dietary needs and restrictions


• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
