Bluefin Risk Solutions is seeking 50 Customer Service Consultants to join our team to support the launch of our new channels across Zimbabwe. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting our insurance products to potential customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients

  • Promote and sell insurance products to potential customers

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance and Advance Level

  • A degree in Marketing and Risk management and insurance or Diploma in Insurance is an added advantage

  • Must be 28 years and below

  • 1-year experience in marketing and selling insurance products

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills
