Group Commercial Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Commercial Manager to lead our commercial operations and drive revenue growth. The Group Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's commercial operations and revenue growth strategies.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, direction, and structure to the commercial team to ensure optimal performance and delivery of revenue targets. They will also oversee stakeholder and contract management, visitor management, interpretation, and camp development.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop, align, and ensure effective implementation of the company's commercial operations

  • Identify areas of commercial and revenue growth within the park

  • Monitor and manage all commercial operations to ensure optimal performance

  • Collect, analyze, and leverage data to deliver consistent customer service, commercial performance, and revenue targets

  • Develop and implement policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in support of commercial strategies

  • Oversee stakeholder and contract management in support of the commercial strategy

  • Develop and oversee visitor management, interpretation, and camp development

  • Implement commercial standards, monitor performance, and plan refurbishment

  • Manage and grow the company's adventure activities

  • Establish marketing plans and implement from ideation to execution

  • Enhance customer services and manage customer-centricity


Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Business/Commerce or an MBA in Business/Commerce will be desirable

  • Minimum of 8-10 years' work experience in commercial operations management at the senior management level

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, project management skills, relationship building, and time management skills

  • High-level communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
