Laboratory Assistant/Cleaner

Perble Medical Laboratories is a leading medical laboratory service provider with a mission to provide accurate and timely diagnostic services to our clients.

We are currently seeking a Laboratory Assistant/Cleaner to join our Harare branch and support our laboratory operations. The Laboratory Assistant/Cleaner will play a critical role in ensuring that the laboratory is clean and hygienic at all times.

The successful candidate will also assist the laboratory team in the preparation and processing of samples, as well as other duties as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that the laboratory is clean and hygienic at all times.

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of samples.

  • Assist in the maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies.

  • Help to ensure that all laboratory tests are conducted in accordance with established procedures.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation.

  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 5 O level passes.

  • Experience in health is an advantage.

  • A valid driver's license.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Bookkeeping/marketing and/or nurse aid experience is an added advantage.
