Stock takers X20

National Handling Services (NHS) is a leading logistics and supply chain management company in Zimbabwe. We provide a range of services to our clients, including warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.

We are currently seeking 20 Stock Takers to join our team and support our operations. The Stock Takers will be responsible for the accurate counting and recording of stock held in NHS warehouses.

The successful candidates will work under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager and will be required to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular stock counts in accordance with NHS procedures.

  • Ensure that all stock is accurately counted and recorded.

  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Manager.

  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements.

  • Assist in the preparation of stock reports and analysis.

  • Ensure that all stock is stored safely and securely.

  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 5 O levels including Mathematics and English.

  • A related qualification in Accounting.

  • Prior experience in stocktaking or inventory management is an advantage.

  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
