Trainee Sales Representatives

Petalm Africa Group is a Pan African technology company that offers customized software solutions for businesses across various industries.

We are committed to providing our clients with innovative and efficient solutions that help them achieve their business goals. We are currently seeking Trainee Sales Representatives to join our team. The Trainee Sales Representatives will be responsible for selling our software solutions to businesses across various industries.

The successful candidates will be trained on our products and services and will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Learn about our software solutions and services and become proficient in their features and benefits

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in various industries

  • Build relationships with clients and provide them with information about our products and services

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets

  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge

  • Create and deliver presentations to clients and prospective clients

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that clients are satisfied with our products and services


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Any relevant qualifications or life experience that exhibits potential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude

  • Passion for sales and marketing

  • Previous sales experience is an added advantage
