Corporate 24 Hospital Group is looking for a competent Finance Officer to join the company's dynamic team in Bulawayo. As the Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting processes.
The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements and reports, analyzing financial data, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, in-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes, and be proficient in various accounting packages.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records of the organization
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights into the financial performance of the organization
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
- Identify and resolve financial issues and discrepancies
- Continuously improve financial processes and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or any related field
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Knowledge of various accounting packages
- Strong attention to detail
