General Workers - Civils X4

ZPC Bulawayo Power Station is a leading power generation company in Zimbabwe, dedicated to providing reliable and efficient electricity to the country.

The company is looking for 4 General Workers - Civils to join their team. The successful candidates will provide support to the civil engineering department in various tasks related to construction and maintenance of infrastructure.

The General Worker - Civils will be responsible for providing support to the civil engineering department in various tasks related to construction and maintenance of infrastructure. The successful candidate will report to the Civil Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist in carrying out civil works such as excavation, backfilling, and concrete works.

  • Assist in the construction and maintenance of infrastructure such as roads, buildings, and drainage systems.

  • Clean and maintain construction equipment and tools.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5 O Levels including English Language.

  • At least 1 year of working experience at the Power station.

  • Basic knowledge of civil engineering works.

  • Ability to operate construction equipment and tools.

  • Physical fitness and ability to work in a construction environment.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
