Graduate Trainee: Operations/Procurement

The Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Trainee Operations/Procurement to join their team. As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain valuable experience in the Operations and Procurement departments of the organization.

The Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) is a government agency responsible for regulating and monitoring public procurement activities in Zimbabwe.

The Graduate Trainee Operations/Procurement will provide support to the Operations and Procurement departments and assist with various tasks as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist with procurement tasks such as preparing tender documents, conducting market research, and evaluating bids

  • Assist with operations tasks such as process improvement, project management, and data analysis

  • Attend meetings and take minutes as required

  • Provide support with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor


Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university (2.1 and above)

  • An Honours Degree will be an added advantage

  • Must be 26 years old or below

  • Must be self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven

  • Must be able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision

  • Must be a team player and able to fit in a dynamic environment

  • Must be highly computer literate
