Quality Controller

Teecherz Home & Office is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our team in Bulawayo. Reporting to the Factory Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing measurements, conducting tests, and monitoring the production phase to ensure that our products meet the required quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Analyzing measurements and conducting tests to ensure that products meet the required quality standards.

  • Monitoring the production phase to identify any defects or faults and taking corrective action to prevent them from occurring again.

  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.

  • Conducting regular inspections of raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials to ensure that they meet the required quality standards.

  • Preparing and maintaining quality control reports and records.

  • Communicating with production staff and management to ensure that quality control procedures are being followed.

  • Providing training and support to production staff on quality control procedures and techniques.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of five Ordinary Levels including Mathematics and English.

  • A certificate in Quality Assurance or equivalent.

  • A minimum of five (5) years working experience in a similar position.

  • Computer literate.

  • Good communication skills.
